Nectar Turf Care (“Nectar”, “we”) cleans artificial turf in Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona. This policy explains what we collect through nectarturf.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your first name, mobile number, ZIP code, and your answers about your turf (size, pets, how strong the smell is). We also receive basic technical information our hosting and form providers log automatically, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To contact you by text about your quote, schedule a visit, perform and follow up on service, and answer your questions. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to your service.
Text messages
By sending the quote form you agree to receive text messages from Nectar about your quote and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. We don’t share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who else sees it
Our form provider ([Formspree]) receives the form and passes it to us by email. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages. These providers handle data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
As long as you’re a customer or prospective customer, and for a reasonable period after for our records, then we delete it.
