Quotes and prices
Prices on this site are maximums for the listed yard sizes, not quotes. Your price is set in person after we see your turf, and you approve it before we start. Nothing is purchased through this website.
Odor-free promise
If odor returns within 30 days of a Deep Refresh or 14 days of a Clean Up, tell us and we’ll re-clean the affected area at no charge. The promise covers the area we cleaned and requires the turf to have been used normally in between. [Add any exclusions, e.g. new damage, drainage problems, turf past its service life.]
Access and pets
For the first visit we’ll ask you to be home to walk the yard with us. For later visits, please leave the gate unlocked and keep pets inside while we work.
Payment
Payment is due after the service by [card or Venmo].
